Do you remember when...

Here's a fun variation to our little game. Post a memory of growing up, family get togethers, or time with Mom & Dad aka Grandpa & Grandma. Leave as many as you wish and I will have them over to read them. Aren't memories great!

And the walls, come tumbling down, and the walls, come crumbling,down...

Flooding your home is not fun, but if you can get a brand new house out of the deal, it might make you feel a little better. Tearing it down and ripping it up was pretty cool too. The kids were all screaming and asking for a big KABOOM!

These are pictures of removing the siding. The siding was still ok, so we saved it so it could be used again.
This is little Dan he had a great time whooping and hollering and hiding.
Chantel had the fun of sorting, sorting and more sorting. Lots of stuff to go through. We tried to help, but it doesn't really help if someone has to ask questions about every item picked up, so we went back to destruction. We knew what could be thrown away there.

Cleaning the kithen with a SHOVEL!

The floor does look really nice, the pictures do not do it justice. It is really easy care too. Even dried paint we found out cleans up well. Don't ask...

Remodeling is going well. With everyone's help, we removed the kitchen cupboards with only one injury. It was his head, so it didn't hurt anything.(smile) We learned a valuable lesson, Brad really can't see on his left side. WARNING! WARNING! Even Puppie could do something besides teethe on tools. He does have a bright, new shiny tooth to show for it. We learned bugs have field day on tender skin and that the sun is really hot these days. Grandpa kept everything gleaming as we worked. We also learned that LeVon can be taught. Lorianne had to strike him for cussing, when that didn't work, her husband stepped in and dropped a cabinet on his head, for added insurance to protect our ears from being assaulted, Nicole threatened him from behind. Lucky we didn't have to resort to the mini-brute squad. Midget sized masters can inflict massive harm in a short period, we learned this from their frontal attacks with rapid-fire watermelon seeds. Watermelons will never be the same from this day forward at our house. Thanks, LeVon.

This one, lonely, little pipe is what caused all the commotion at the house. Several days lost on this one stupid little pole. AARGGHH!
