Well, it's PINK! That is what she wanted. She thought it would be more of a whisper, but that is the color she chose, Grandpa just kept telling Susanne, I don't know, it looks pink to me. When Brad asked him if he liked it, well he had a funny answer that we probably shouldn't blog, but I think he is adapting well. They have a sink, of course the faucet they picked out probably will need to be replaced, it isn't working so smooth, but a sink there is and some cabinets there are. Brad hasn't slept in weeks now trying to get everyone's needs met, but I guess there is hope in the heavens. That's what he keeps telling us anyway. Do people sleep in Heaven? Will it be a requirement? Hmmm. I wonder. New washer, dryer combo, fridge, dishwasher, stove, flooring and cabinets. Wow. It will look so sharp when it done.
I can't wait to see what the white trim and boarding will do. It should really brighten it up and make it so easy to clean. Grandma insisted on sitting in the room while Brad texture sprayed and was fascinated by the process, he sprayed her and she didn't seem as fascinated by it, but she stayed and watched moving to another corner of course. She had never seen the process so up close. The stories our family could have told her with 9 kids in the family doing a kitchen remodel. Nicole has been having fun coming and staying with Grandma and helping as she can after school is out. Susanne painted everything.
